    New here, how to file a complaint on SBR against online sportsbook......mybookie.com

    Hello,
    I am having some trouble with mybookie.com as they are delaying my payouts without giving me any reasons as to why they are, as I am reading the posts here looks like it is very common.

    I tried to click on the link to file a complaint, but the link just keep loading and I can't get to the actual complaint page.

    Can anyone provide some insight on this process?

    They don't handle offshore complaints here anymore.

    Thank you Moderator for your response. I got payment confirmation now, but I am wondering if this is going to be a regular process going forward for payouts now? As I still have a balance in my account here.

    mybookie is garbage. Do yourself a favor and pull all your money out and don't play there anymore.

    They should not ask you again, not for a while at least.
