I made 5 $52 deposits into my act. On 3 of them they gave me double deposits. An extra $150 I played for a few days. Went to cash out $1458 . They took the extra $150 back which is fine.. Leaving $1308. Then they took my whole $1308 balance and closed my act without paying anything..

They wont even justify stealing my $1308.

Whats with the $52 deposit amounts, that's a little strange. Why didn't you tell them about the double credit on the deposits? They probably felt like you were trying to screw them by not saying anything. You even tried to withdraw without saying anything.

They aren't justified in trying to take your money but you should have brought it to their attention. I've been double paid before on payouts but never double credited on a deposit. They can easily see what they did wrong.

If you do something shady to a book, they are going to pull something shady on you. Especially a book that isn’t as reputable as others.

If you won money with the extra $150 I would assume they wouldn't honor those winnings.

The usual bookmaker logic for cancelling all bets in this situation is that you would not have bet the same way without the extra funds.

I'd tell them your winnings were off of your own money. You left the $150 in the account and were going to tell them about it. Tell them to check you transaction history and they'll see the $150 was sitting in there.

So rather than deposit $250 which is what you intended on depositing you deposited $50 5 different times to abuse the free square promotion. Then when they credited you $150 too much you didn't say a word until cash out time. I'm not defending the book, but come on man. They are no scummier than you are in this situation. Only difference here is they have the leverage not you.

well, on paper you did violate xbet's rule 24 there, I guess:

"24. If funds are credited to your account in error, it is incumbent upon you to notify Xbet of this mistake without delay."

Whether a rule like this makes sense or not is a different question of course. And with the addition "For accounts with negative balances, Xbet reserves the right to cancel any pending plays, whether placed with funds resulting from the error or not" it's a matter of interpretation. I would tend to say it shouldn't apply for you.

Yea. If they want to give away entries thats on them. Im sure I wasnt the ony one making $50 deposits. Its just smart. Spoke to the head of security over there today Ryan Stevens and he was rude bastard.. Still didnt give a good reason for closing my act and stealing my money..
