Pinnacle CS slow today?
Hey Guys,
Anyone else having a slow response from Pinnacle customer service.
Usually, they respond within literary minutes.
I have sent a question regarding a withdrawal and it's been hours (2 - 3) and no response.
I know it may not mean anything since technically a few hours for response time is typically normal for other books, I just find it unusual.
