Why is that?

Pinnacle.bet here also.... must be based on geo location.

pinnacle.com is based in gibraltar pinnacle.bet is based in malta. maybe it's a choice due to brexit ????

same pinnacle.com as always. if i saw .bet like you said i would think something hijacking my browser and be cautious
