    Complaint Form

How long do you guys figure I should allow a site to give me the run around with their documents department before filing a complaint form?

To give some insight, I initially requested a withdrawal with Bet Regal July 8th, it is now the 18th and I still haven’t received it. I sent them all the docs they asked for (Drivers Licence, utility bill and the credit card used to make the deposit I won on) but no longer have a card in my possession I used to deposit 7 months ago From which I lost all that cards money. The reason I don’t have it is it was a prepaid disposeable card so when I lost I got rid of it.

Have explained this to multiple of their staff members who keep telling me, “not a problem we’ll escalate this to the documents team and they’ll email you.” I also emailed their CARE team explaining who forwarded this info the the finance team who also will “get back to me”. But it’s been over a week now and I still haven’t received an email back from any of the relevant departments and if I ever talk with the support they tell me they cannot give me a time frame but will escalate the situation for me.

I’m getting exhausted chasing them down constantly, does anyone know a way to get in contact with someone at BetRegal who can actually help me as opposed to their support agents who can’t rectify the situation?

The word 'allow' implies that a player is in the position of power. But he isn't. As a player you are at the mercy of the books in terms of EVERYTHING

    - whether they pay
    - when they pay
    - how long they need for KYC
    - whether or not they void your bet
    etc

Licensors won't help you. All you can do is posting on a forum what you already did.

As far as I am concerned, I didn't have any issues with BetRegal whatsoever.

I'm afraid there is nothing you can do but being patient and hope for the best.

Exhaustion is self imposed. I understand that you are probably anxious about whether you're going to get your money. But in my experience, you can mostly boil down everything into three high level categories: (1) You're dealing with a scam book, (2) you're the one scamming the book, and (3) both parties are reputable. As long as your situation doesn't fit into categories (1) or (2), then you should be fine in the end. It just might take a little longer than you'd prefer because you're unable to meet their first-pass verification. I don't have experience with BetRegal, but they're rated B+ here, so they can't be an outright scam book. And you cannot be the first person who has ever lost, cancelled, or replaced a credit/debit card, so they must have a process in place for this.

If they are talking to you and asking you to wait, then you should try to deal with the wait usually. But you are also welcome to send in a Sportsbook Complaint form if its getting too much. It's not hard for us to ask the book why the delay, and that is very often enough to get the process moving.

Appreciate the straight answer Optional, just to update the situation and not unfairly scare new players Looking here for info on sites away from betregal they finally approved my withdrawal today after a two week wait. No complaint form was needed or other info, just took them two weeks to finally get to my request. I guess they are either short staffed with covid so requests take longer or they like to test out your Patience on first withdrawals to see if you’ll cancel and reinvest on another bet.

either way I will continue to play with betregal in the future and appreciate your advice optional.
