Anyone get their racebook rebate for last month yet?

they changed it to 4% at major tracks DAILY credited not monthly. They really need to improve the racebook and get with the times BTW. If any one at Heritage see this and wants my advise on how they can do this PM me.

Update. Maybe if Insider is around he can add to this BUT huge news Heritage now has 8% daily rebates on major tracks. Nice move Heritage! Now if you can add pic 4/5 with the 50 cent base amount and bump up the MAX WPS bet at the listed smaller tracks that would be awsome!

I received an email about the new 8% daily horse rebates, but when I contacted live chat they said 105 line accounts are not eligible. Tired of getting offers from Heritage that don't apply to me. Not that hard to put a disclaimer in the email that the offer is for 108 line accounts only.

they offered the 4% to the -105 and the reduced juice/cash back too and its still listed when i looked at under my customer preference so I would think they should offer to both groups based on past rebate program

That's the way it should be. Racebook rebates have nothing to do with what sports program you're on (105 vs 108). Yet Heritage constantly puts out offers that need clarification, and unfortunately Mgmt and CS are often on different pages. You can't believe what CS tells you because they aren't given all the facts. Hopefully Heritage Insider can clear up the confusion on yet another ambiguous offer.

Might as well test it for a small amount. Just made $14 in bets for Santa Anita's 8th race. It's listed as a major track so $1.12 (8%) should be returned tomorrow. Let's see what happens.

Update: 8% credited overnight, so new rebate applies to everyone. Someone should inform the Heritage CS reps:

Agreed. Several times lately I’ve been told one thing by rep on the phone, made a deposit or transfer based on the info I was given, only to be told the opposite when they wagering rep tried to get my play approved by first the supervisor and then the manager.

Once spent 45 minutes on the phone just trying to get another couple of hundred down on a play the wagering rep already said she got approval all for so I should have been good to go.

And it’s crazy how old and useless their Horse race book is. I remember arguing with them trying to explain how big the Breeders Cup was when it was starting the next day at Churchill. They had $200 WPS limits at the track and very limited exotics.
