    Withdrawal issue advice

Hello SBR, I would appreciate your advice about the following issue:

Years ago I used to play sports betting at multiple bookmakers.

I didn't start betting until I was an adult, but I deposited funds using an E-wallet which was created earlier when I was underage. I forgot about this and didn't realize my mistake until the wallet got blocked.

Then a problem arised; I was unable to withdraw funds from bookmakers because they required me to use the same payment method as used for depositing (because of anti-laundering rules).

Now years later I want to try get the money back, but I'm unsure what to do and what to expect. What would be sensible? Should I simply tell the story to the bookmaker and ask for a different method to withdraw? Or will they block my account in that case? Did I breach any T&C? What do you advice?

    Thanks for any help.

    Edit: sorry for title typo

Welcome to the forum, nice first post. Sounds fishy as hell, so you created an wallet while underage yet did not use it a sportsbook until you were of age? There has to be more to your story because it doesn’t add up. Good luck getting your money.

Thanks for your reply. I think I used/created the wallet to play some poker, but at a different casino.

At the sportsbooks I was of age at time of registration, and also confirmed my ID.

How is it even possible to create an eWallet if you're not of age? Didn't you verify your account? Which provider do we talk about?

The wallet account wasn't verified indeed. I was able to use it for years before they asked me to verify anything. So I forgot about it and when I realized it was already too late.

(I prefer not too share all details in public, but I can in private message if someone is willing to help. Thanks.)

If you old enough when you were betting I can't see why the book would have a problem about why the ewallet company closed your account.

Can't see why you would even explain that to them.

Hard to give advice without knowing the book or jurisdiction though.

Did the eWallet provider ban you for life? Why can't you verify it NOW?
