William Hill: the ufc fight is under 2.5 round, you bet under, you lose! wut????
I have not engage with SBR along time but been a long time member.
The ufc Julio Arce vs Julian Erosa on May 18, 2019.
The fight end in round 3 at 1:49, live chat also said the fight end under 2.5 rounds. Ask me to read the rules regarding round betting.
I bet under 2.5 round and is graded as a lost. Hill said they graded correctly .....Help!
Here is the chat script. Even She said the fight is under 2.5 round too and William Hill is graded correctly.

a. Predict whether the fight will finish under or over a specified number of rounds.
[12:26:09 AM]Ingrid: b. Where a half is stated in a 5 min round, 2 min 30 sec will define the half for under/over betting. The same principle will be used for a 3 min round etc. If the under/over total lands on exactly half of a round bets will be void.

You're right, the fight was under 2.5 rounds by 41 seconds. They graded it incorrectly.
The fight went 2.36333 rounds.

Embarrassing for William Hill. Not because they made a mistake, but because they employ complete morons and are seemingly proud of it.

Yup they fixed it, it is now graded as a 'win' Thank you SBR forum and SBR member.
side note: it is very sad that Ingrid ask 'TWO' supervisor regarding my bet, both supervisor said my bet is graded correctly, it take the lower level employee to do the right thing. Supervisor and manager only look after employee, they usually don't known the market they work at.

Its amazing how a betting company a hundred years old is getting shit wrong constantly.
Probably she was new and not realize that trading team is respond for this issue
