Mybookie.ag scammed me more than $18,000

Update by SBR: MyBookie will contact the OP again today by telephone. They've said that the account will be combined into one along with his niece's acct pending completion of outstanding KYC and payment will then take place.

I been playing with mybookie for than 1 year already and now i finally won from them. I try to withdraw and they keep on declining my payout for the passed 9th times already.. I spoke with Serlyn, Seeka 3/7/19, Rick, Daril 3/15, Seray, Alice 3/18, Marshall 3/21, Erin, Butch 4/2, Erin 4/3 and Erin and Jacob 4/9/19.. All this people that i spoke with told me that my account is under review and RYAN ANDERSON is going to call and resolved the problems.. Its been almost 2 MONTHS and still no one call me.. MYBOOKIE just scammed me more than $18,000.. BEWARE THIS BOOK IS A FUkKEN CROOKED...

For good entertainment, Dave Portnoy (the founder of Barstool) is currently having a twitter war with the MyBookie twitter account and accusing them of having a crooked bookmaker site too.

mybookie.ag are crooks and my $17,000 are gone...

Basically, MyBookie stole my winning of more than $17,000! After countless phone calls, emails, chats and other attempted discussion, I can say that MyBookie ripped me off! I'm writing this to warn you, and so that hopefully, you won't get ripped off as well. I opened the account, took the bonus free play and played many times. Unfortunately, I had never won anything big; my account would go to zero, and I then would re-deposit. The good thing was that MyBookie gives a nice bonus every time I reloaded my account. So, I kept playing with them. Finally after many loses, I hit a nice streak and I was able to win and meet the roll over requirements. Obviously, I was finally relieved and happy that I wasn't gonna lose everything. But my trouble with MyBookie started when I won and requested a payout. Basically, they were happy to take any and all my deposits but definitely not happy to pay me when I won. When I requested the deposit, they suspended my account. I chatted with them and was told that my account was under review and that I would get a phone call soon to resolve it. I was okay with that, so I waited for their phone call. But it was all just a game for them. They never intended to pay me. Below is how the whole conversation went down. Feb. 5: I got a call from "Butch" but I was at work and couldn't pick up. So, he text me telling me to call the next day. Feb. 6: I called back and spoke with Butch. He said, that my account was suspended because I was “steam betting,” which apparently means that I know how to move the line (I don't!). But he said that it would be a warning and he reopened my account. Feb. 7: I played four games, but before the games started Butch deleted my bets ." This time he disabled my account. That day, I chatted with them and once again was told that my account was "under review," and I would get a call from them. I waited for another call; I didn't receive it. I called and tried to talk with Butch (or anyone else "reviewing" my account), but couldn't. Since then I have called, chatted, and emailed many times. Each time, they said that either Butch or upper management would call me back. No one ever did!! Finally, I was able to speak with someone named "Serlyn" who apparently had some authority, but he also said that the account still under investigation and that upper management will call, but of course that was a lie too. This was incredibly frustrating. For over a month while I was at work (could have been fired!), I made sure to have my phone at all times to respond to their calls. But again, no calls, no email - no nothing. They were basically lying and cheating to NOT pay me what I rightly and fairly won. After 9 WEEKS of stonewalling and avoiding me, there's nothing I can do - they stole my money. They are crooked and not to be trusted. And after an online search, they’ve done this to other people as well. They give great bonuses because they expect you to lose, and if you win, they just don't pay you. They really are CROOKS! I hope this saves you some grief

Never run up balances more than 5k with these shady books. When your account hits 5 figures, its rare you'll get paid.

Although sometimes I can get annoyed with Barstool, Portnoy definitely is going to hurt MyBookie's bottom line with his twitter rants yesterday. Go to his twitter timeline if interested . Guy has 852,000 plus followers too btw.

Are they just going through the KYC process? Definitely file a complaint with SBR if they are trying not to pay you.
