    Bodog Scam/Error?

Hi guys, just wanted to check and see if anyone has had a similar experience in the past.

At the end of August I placed a wager on Clemson to win OVER 11 games. It had been appearing in my open bets for the past 2 months until today, I checked my open bets and it's disappeared. No trace of it and no corresponding win/loss/push or evidence of the bet even being placed anywhere on the website. I was also not refunded any amount pertaining to my wager.

I waited half an hour to speak with someone via chat-box on the website and he said that he could not find any evidence of the bet being placed. He asked if I had a screenshot of my wager or the reference number and obviously I didn't have either since it was just seemingly erased. I then called the toll-free number, was on hold for 2 hours, then finally spoke with a woman who said basically the same thing after checking my account. No sign of the wager ever being placed?

I'm not hallucinating. The bet wasn't even a significantly large amount. I've been a bodog client for almost 10 years but never experienced anything like this. I've tried to send them an e-mail, yet to hear back. This is really frustrating and concerning. It's not like I'm going to take screenshots of my open bets after each one is placed.

How can they just delete one of my bets and act like nothing happened with no compensation? Bodog seems to have a ton of glitches since they updated their website in the summer.

Although I got screwed on a bet and started screen shotting all wagers I’d definitely recommend in a future wager, or anything large.

People may think that’s crazy but for reasons like this. Sbr isn’t going to be able to get into their comps, there is zero one can do about it realistically without screen shots

If you send in a Sportsbook Complaint Form SBR can probably get a manger to review it.
