Which major, reputable books do not count pushes or draws towards rollovers?

I was surprised to find out BetOnline doesn't count them. I read the post that warns against playing Freeplays without the hook with BetOnline.

Bovada does not count a push or draw towards roll over. Bookmaker does count a push or draw towards roll over, but they tend to have higher roll over numbers.

I'm surprised more people don't feel like the OP. Must be about what you grow up being used to.

But for me, rollover is about risking money, I've still risked my money in the case of a push/tie.
