I just deposit $2500 with bitcoin to 5dimes. After 90 minute & 5 confirmation, my account is not credited. Live chat support said I need more 'confirmation'. Please help with any advice.

To be honest I don't think they employ someone to monitor SBR or any other forum by the minute. We're good but not that good

5Dimes btc are odd sometimes I have had them confirm in 15 mins other times its been over an hour
