I have a problem with the guys there. They are not addressing an issue for 10 days now. They esports section did not accept a bet I placed but the money was taken anyway. I sent proof that the money was taken from the system: screenshots, transaction number, balance, everything. They keep saying we have escalated the issue but no resolution for 10 day in a row... the just do not answer...
