    Betonline not answering calls other then wagering

    I called to talk to customer service, waited for 10 minutes on hold with no answer. Hang up, called back with the same result. Tried calling wagering, they transferred me to CS and been on hold 12+ minutes now. WTF?

    I've now been waiting 21 minutes on hold for CS on the current call. I just emailed them and i'm about to give up on the phone.
    This is very annoying. A supposedly top book like BOL should answer their calls.

    Have you tried calling again from another phone? Could be just a call lost in their phone system?
