    BetOnline Customer Service

    Do others have a hard time having a conversation in chat? I get a lot of "one moment please" and never coming back to the conversation. Ive asked simple questions and gotten that response, just wondering if this is normal for them or what.

    I swear some of y'all are crazy.

    I haven't had much interaction with their customer service, but they have been very quick to fix stuff the times I have. Whether it's a missing bonus or a misgraded prop, it's been handled within an hour.

    I've had a similar experience with their live chat over the years

    it takes 20 minutes minimum for them to answer a simple question

    I've had that experience with their live chat too. I think it's a bit of a hit or miss prospect dealing with first line CS agents at just about all the offshore books really.

    Part of the problem is American expectations of customer service being different to the locals in Panama, CR etc. And so many of the staff not being sports bettors themselves often struggling to understand things that look obvious to a regualr player.

    I find using email and asking for a mangers attention is a much more reliable way to get good service from BOL, and all offshores generally.

    I was talking to this dude and in the middle of the conversation he comes back with the initial greeting as if I had just joined chat, so frustrating.
