I guess you have just been on one big coke and hookers bender ever since the Patriots lost on opening day and you made what like a trillion dollars in one day? Despite all that money you must have hired the same hookers to do your I.T. work cause your site is CRASHED AGAIN all penetrating day SEPT 19 just like it was the Friday before the NFL SEASON OPENER. I called then sat on hold for 1/2 an hour only to be told "just wait awhile and keep trying" sure enough 24hrs later it works fine again... after the games had started. I just got off the phone with Marvan after waiting on hold 1/2 an hour again and sending screenshots of the error codes to I.T. my account is still broke with my money inside and someones going to call me in "within 48hr" according to Marvan. Same Bullshit Jose told me last time and no one did, no follow up e-mail, no compensation. So here I am watching the lines move against me with my small window of time I have to handicap and bet closing for the week (I have a real job and 2 young kids). penetrate YOU bet online here is my response to your shit everything:


1st. I am a losing recreational sports better (the exact kind of client you want to keep) and I frequent the forums at sports book review trying to get better at handicapping and make a few online friends. I have had good luck finding a great group of guys over there to support me. In fact I think BOL does quite a bit of advertising at SBR. I am going to post a copy of this email in a thread there for AAALLLLLLLL your customers to see along with screen shots of your ****** up crashed site. I bet they have some money with you also maybe alot more than me and I hope some are smart enough to close their accounts before you penetrate them over as well. It was actually thanks to the forum and live web shows on SBR's youtube channel I was able to confirm that your crashed site was not just at my place in Houston TX but that other BOL customers were having the same problem elsewhere.


2nd. I am going to go to Yelp and post this email there along with a one star rating, same at BBB's website same at any other review site I might stumble across, oh yeah and at the cardchat forum cause your poker room is crooked also.


3rd. I am going to personally spend the rest of my life talking mad shit to any gamblers I meet anywhere about what a penetrating cracker jack crooked dick operation you are running

Seems to be reports of almost random area outages for a few offshore books over the last few weeks.

Some people can get in whilst others can't at all.

I was thinking it might be shitty infrastructure on particular routes at first too. But it's been a bit too random for that I think.

I probably should have asked a few people to try a VPN. Don't recall anyone saying they could not both ways.

I didn't try a VPN, but when 5Dimes was experiencing outages, I couldn't access via my cable ISP or via my cellular data provider. So kind of the same thing.

Yeah but I'm pretty sure the better business bureau doesn't handle complaints with sports books based out of Panama. Also considering it's technically illegal for a U.S resident to be betting there you might want to hold off on that.

Once played 20 hands of 1 dollar blackjack just as kind of a study and won 2. Insanely rigged. The poker room odds are also way outa whack. The site works fine again this morning still no call or e-mail or shit from them. Thats fine most of my money is at 5dimes and they do great.
