i have been trying to make a bitcoin withdrawal for about a week now and it keeps getting rejected. anyone else having the same issue?

wanted to add that i was able to make withdrawal and all process within 24hrs prior but now it seem like they dont want to pay my winnings.
I think they posted something on their site that they're temporarily suspsending bitcoin during this hard fork period.
A friend of mine requested a check payout 2 weeks ago and has yet to receive it. He called them up and they told him that it takes 15 business days. Even more B.S. since they initially told him it will only take 7 to 10 business days.
I'm sure DSI advocate DwightShrute will comment on how great and professional this book is.
i am aware of that but that is not the case. i won a good amount and it seem like they just cant accept it.
i have made serveral successful withdrawal but since then i went on a winning streak and now they are saying my account is being audited.

U have been trying to make a withdrawal for "about" a week but it "KEEPS GETTING REJECTED" and you didn't call them after it was REJECTED the 1st time and ask y?? "About" a week probably means u requested it 5 days ago after they already posted and said Bitcoin transactions will be temporarily stopped!
Everyone was freaking out about the BTC Fork this week but it is a non-issue. I haven't played at BetDSI in many years but back in the NeTeller days I remember getting several $2,500 payouts from them same day.... Solid shop IMO
If they paid back in the NeTeller days they must be solid now.
requested bitcoin payout everyday for the last 10 days and still its being rejected. contacted support every time and they keep telling me the account is being audited and i should have an update within 24 hours. they still allow me to make plays but i just cant make withdrawal.
SBR please look into my complaint about betdsi. how can they be rated an A sportsbook?
It's not abnormal to have KYC done on your account. The book has the right and as long as they are communicating with you and asking you to wait then there is nothing for SBR to do for you really.
Just wait it out. They will get back to you for sure.
this is an ongoing issue for about a month now. been in contact with support practically everyday and still can not get this issue resolved. they allow me to still make wagers but i just can not make withdrawal. SBR needs to get out of bed with BETDSI.

You should have received a copy of your complaint form by email after submitting. Would you please reply to that and let them know that this is a still a problem you havent been able to sort out with DSI?
i have not heard anything from SBR except we are looking into this..........
i am sure i spoke to every single person at BETDSI except for management. therir excuse is always the manager is in a meeting and they will be in contact soon. well its been a month now and still nothing.
BETDSI is not an A rated sportsbook.
If that was a while ago, reply and let the agent know it's been 3 weeks and still got nowhere.
But if it's some sort of issue about you personally they are looking into there isn't much more SBR can do or tell you probably.
I'm having the same problem. I was able to get a payout back in July, but have been trying unsuccessfully for a couple weeks now. Was told that my account is under review and to try another payout request in a week. Still rejected.

Yup, I have been paid 4 or 5 times via Bitcoin same day since original post. I just got a Bitcoin payout yestetday which was also same day. I'm still concerned though because of this thread and wish SBR would let us know what's going on.

The feedback we've received from players and from BetDSI is that payouts are being processed as normal.

i have contacted their support everyday asking to speak with a manager but the manager is always in a meeting.
you seem to have contact with BETDSI management...why dont you look into my issue?
it is obvious to me that they are using delay tatics and SBR is in bed wtih BETDSI.

BetDSI has told us your account is undergoing an audit of your in-play wagers. They are simply checking that there was no irregular activity. It's annoying but not uncommon to have in-play bets screened from time to time. That's the latest we've heard. We'll see if there's an update.
they finish their audit and i was able to make a few withdrawal 2 week ago. i requested max payout and they only process it for half the amount. after a few successful payout, they locked my account again stating another audit.
Bokeykila, No I'm not a winning player. My method is deposit 300-500 and build to 2000 and then take 1500-1700 out. If I lose B4 getting 2000, I start again with another deposit of 300-500. Anyways, good luck everyone!
