SCAM - 21Bet - They voided bets 8 DAYS (!) after the event

Registered by the end of August, made a deposit of 1,000 EUR, played 3 early bets, two of them won, one of them lost. Winning money has been credited to my account on August 5 as you can see here: https://i.imgur.com/IkyanUl.png

In the meanwhile they limited my account to 0 EUR general betting limit.

After completing the verifying process I made a withdraw request on August 8. Two days later they locked my account without telling me why. Today they said in chat:

"Matthew (12:15:26): I just received the response from our Senior team. After a careful review, a business decision has been taken by our by our senior team that your account will remain closed and your bets placed on Nepal V Tajikistan were voided and 804 euros will be transferred to your bank account due to out term 13.7 We cannot be held responsible for any typing, human or software error which leads to any errors or omissions in relation to any product or in respect of any publication on the Website of any prices or results other than those intended. We reserve the right to void any bets which have been accepted at an incorrect price or settle the bet at the correct price at the time the bet was placed."

I played the same bet at two other sportsbooks and both paid out.

21Bet voided bets 8 days after the event.

    Stay away from these scammers.

And you are an idiot. At least check the odd movements of the game before posting dumb things. It was not a bad line at the time he bet it. The line just dropped a lot. You could also say Lonnie is just a great player indentifying value and books try to scam him more often because he is a profitable player.

They could have void the bets within 6 days between the day I placed the bets and the day the event took place (placed bets on August 31, event took place on September 5).

They credited the winnings to my account.

When did they void the bets? On September 13.

So it's obvious they waited for the result and hoped I would lose the money. Do you think they would have voided the bets if they had gone the other way?

I don't know how you guys handle this matter in the US or in Australia but the Supreme Court of Austria decided in 2016 that a sportsbook is not permitted to void bets after the event took place because that is an "unilateral benefit": http://www.tt.com/panorama/verbreche...4.000-euro.csp

For the same reason I am suing a Belgian sportsbook right now.

Maybe we have a different understanding of the law.

No lonnie they dont look at players account after settling results. But when they manually check your acc for verifying they look at bet history for some errors. Look you are pulling this sh#t all the time, they return your betting money on this 2 matches, you should be happy.

P.s bet at Austrian books only

Not to bet bad lines? Do you have some other proof they are scammers except yours. Because in this case they are right. To be fair they should maybe settle your bet at actual odds.

It's very simple by the way:

    I had a third bet which contained Palestine -4 @5.55 (Treble: Tajikistan @5.96 x Palestine -4 @5.55 x Kyrgyzstan @1.78).

The closing line for Palestine was -4.25 @1.66.

So why didn't they void this bet, too? Simple answer: Because it lost.

What understanding of fairness is this?

Are you SERIOUSLY saying books should be allowed to post a bad line, have clients bet it and then wait to void that line until AFTER the event? Effectively giving players only a chance to lose money?

You are worse than an idiot.
