And quite typically support puts the blame on my system, advising clearing cookies etc, saying the site has no issues!

That is the most infuriating thing. The go to response of any sportsbook i have ever used that had issues. I understand it can sometimes be something with my computer, but 99/100 times it is an issue with the website. But nearly every first response from every book is that it must be something on my end.

I'm starting to wonder if these are DDoS attacks. I can get on in mobile though. Just the reguar website where I'm receiving the 500 - Internal server error.

Thanks! Maybe I do actually need to clear my cookies then. I hate to do that because I know what will happen.

When 5dimes is down, just go to propbet.com and login with your 5dimes username/password. It is a mirror site and it is usually up when 5dimes goes down.

I find it hard to have any sympathy for those who rely on a single bookie without having other options.

That means there is a bad hop on the route your wifi internet is using.

If you open up the command console and type tracert 5dimes.eu it should you where the problem lies

1-i dont understand what you are saying to do. 2- might the problem ever correct on its own? or is it necessary to do what you say?

    thank you

It should be corrected eventually but will take intervention by someone probably. If your ISP is helpful you can give their techs your IP and the website address and they can manually re-route your traffic.
