    Betrebels.com CLOSED my account!!

    My account at betrebels.com has been closed, because I said the F-word 1-2 times at the live chat. Few days later live chat told me to send an email and apologize and they MIGHT reopen my account. And I did. This is what I wrote:

    About yesterdays chat support with Nikos.... Sorry, but I just tilted and had to blow off some steam. I simply could not understand you could cancel a bet after such a long time. You had feature the special odds *at the top* for championsleague all day and had even manually approved some of my bets (at least I assume so when it took a few minutes before it got accepted)I just got rather stunned that you simply can void bets after 8 days - but I guess I learned something new then. I know the odds were *very* good although I don't think anyone expected quite as many goals as here ended up being 🙂Anyhow - I hope you understand how I got baffled the way I did. And I hope I can be able to login again asap and play at Betrebels.com

    That was the mail I wrote to them. But today they sent me an email that my account is closed permenently. I had about 220 € on my account. And I had waggered about 75% of my bonus, so I would say it would be fair if I got 75% of the 220 €.
    Did this also happen to any of u people?? And what can I do now?

    For what it is worth - I can confirm that betrebels listed a championsleague special all day at top with 1/8 finals on goals over/under - I got my bets voided a week later (and I believe at least the first went through manual review)
    Can't comment on what you wrote to them in chat, but I think they should pay you your money propertionally to bonus playthrough or similar before closing your account
