    As much as I like Heritage, they sure as hell DONT take care of ALL of their clients. I didn't get this in my acct even after sending them 300 during the past week. When I go on live chat they insist that I didn't qualify for the freeplay... also this isn't the first time Heritage shorts my acct with these select freebets. I usually have to mention that I read SBR and that I need x promo added to my acct. I would like to see them offer whatever promo they offer to ALL players. It's unfair to the select few who don't get the freebets that all of you are enjoying at the moment. It makes me feel as if they don't appreciate my business when I get shorted on these sort of promotions.

    I contacted them cause the free bet didnt work for me i tried to click over and over nothing, the lady on live chat gonna ask me a million questions. Im like mfer it didnt work why have it but dont work lmao. Thats my fav book but she was getting me pissed off for real.
