    Exclusivebet confiscation

Hello , new to this , googled and found this forum.

I am facing an issues with oddmatrix client called Exclusivebet. They closed my account and confiscated my winnings of 1.6K EUR claiming suspicious betting.

I asked them what do they mean by suspicious betting , but they just refuse to answer.I have an idea indeed , i think by suspicious betting they mean that i was placing bets on medium and low leagues.
Yeah yeah i don't deny it , i was staking 20-70 EUR on shitty leagues (lithuania, latvia, iceland, cyprus etc) !!!

But what is wrong with making bets on these medium-low leagues ???
If i bet on big leagues like Primera division,Premier League,Seria A , Bundesliga etc , then i will NEVER NEVER make any profits.
VALUE is on shitty leagues and that is where profits can be made.

If they are not happy with the bets i made , then just close the account and give me ALL the money i have on my account.
The fact that i bet on those leagues , does not give them the rights to confiscate money !!!

And no , those were not fixed games , i was staking only 20-70 EUROS.Furthermore , i was making something like 15-25 daily bets.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Totally agree. If they don't want your business that is fine but pay you out!

At a guess they will be accusing you of placing the same bets as another account to get past limits. Just a guess.

Please fill in a complaint form and SBR will try to help you: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

I just filled it , thanks.

Of course that there might be other people in this world who follow the same strategy : betting only value bets on medium-low leagues.
So , it is quite sure there might be people who have 20-30% same bets. For example , all value punters play Sialui in Lithuania , or Laos who is a dirty team.
This fact does not mean that we have connection and give them the right to confiscate money.

I agree , if more than 70% of the bets are identical , then there is something to be investigated between the users.
If this is the reason , just tell me who the other people are and go ask neteller/skrill if there is any connection between the people in question.
Just by saying "suspicious betting" and not giving other proofs , that is a clear theft.

Yeah, the vague reasons some books use for "security reasons" does nothing but make people angry and want their questions answered.

I only see those allocated to me ki dice, which I think is a lot of the tough ones with Asian and eastern euro based books to deal with and more than 50% are settled satisfactorily. I'd guess the percentage is a lot higher for rated books.

Way less than 5% of complaint cases are posted about on the forum btw.

Some guys i know of had a confiscation from exclusivebet around last year, I believe there was a thread made here somewhere.
Clear multiaccounting, no bonus involved, but betting over the limit.
Not even the deposits were returned.
SBR agent said they never got back to him.

Exactly. Why do they even offer odds for lower leagues if they don't want anyone to touch them!? Doesn't make sense.

    Win-Win situation for them

If you lose your money , they win.
If you win , they refund claiming suspicious betting on shitty events.

    Easy.

Still waiting for SBR and Montenegro regulator...

And specifically what suspect activity did they detect?

    Isn't that why you're here?

To investigate and find the answers to these questions?

This is terrible reporting by SBR

to OP: how old is your account - days, weeks or months? have you previously cashed out from this book? have you had your account properly verified with ID etc? is there a possibility you failed part of their KYC and your wagering has nothing to do with their actions (at least according to them?)

What is is this shiit ?? Of course i have to tick the box "I agree with terms blaaa blaa" in order to get my account created.
All i have asked them is what do they mean by suspicious betting , but they simply ignore me.

My account was something like 1 month and it was not verified previously.
I dont think there is any KYC issue cause they claim suspicious betting , not KYC or something else.

Books are wary about giving any info that might assist a player they are suspicious of to cheat better next time.

Not saying I know anything about if this guy cheated or not. Just that almost all books try to keep their detection system and weak points as private as possible.

You do not have to tick that box and play there unless you chose to do it. Whether the terms suck or not this part is solely your own responsibility.

We have all joined books without reading all the terms. If we choose to do that we also choose to take the risk the terms will be as we assume. But are outa luck if they aren't when we decide to agree blindly.

All books have those terms , So , we should not play online ???

Anyways , this is not the point.
They have just copy pasted their terms , but they don't say what i have exactly did wrong.
So , any bookies can say whenever they want you are cheater and take your money.

    Hi Goat,
Thanks for your feedback but I'm not sure you read either report. The non-answer given by Exclusivebet was cited, and the book very likely debuts on the blacklist.

No of course not. Was just saying we cant absolve ourselves of responsibility by saying 'I had to tick the box'.

Sounds like SBR is still keeping the pressure on for you though. Don't take me as being negative about your personal claim.
