I've tried calling multiple times from 2 phones - it rings once, sounds like a redirect ring, rings a few more times and hangs up.
Tried the Live Chat multiple times - I type in the info, click "Chat", and the entire Chat popup disappears.
I can get the homepage of the site, but it won't accept my login.

Same thing happens to me with live chat. I don't have an account there so I can't check that for you though.
