What do i have to do to get this book to credit my account Bitcoin owed from mistake?

I don't know about filling out a complaint form for $93 but this has been going on for a week now and it's still not credited even with managers working on this. What happened is there automated system asked me to send more bitcoins than what it was worth at time. I sent them all screenshot of there cashier screen and my wallet screen. I sent $2000 worth of bitcoins but the amount i sent was worth $2093 at time and i caught it after i sent it. The bitcoin price hasn't been $209 since January which they could easily look at and I pointed it out. At the time i think it averaged $218 per coin everywhere. I hate to even post this thread for a measly $93 but I just don't know what more they want from me, I won't even place a bet until this gets corrected.

Oh deposits are instant so it's impossible to have an issue like this with Bitcoins.

I had an issue like this with a book and they asked me to take a screenshot of the email I got from my bitcoin wallet when funds were sent. Was corrected promptly. Maybe this helps, if not sorry.

Plenty of people submit complaints for less money Legions. http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

It does sound like a potential area for confusion if the book is telling you what amount of BTC to send for a US$ value instead of calculating its worth on arrival. Any chance there was a big spike that moment? 9 bucks isnt a huge swing.

What is the manager telling you? That the system has worked for other transfers without complaints?

No spike and the system is automated, with money in account in minutes. The last time Bitcoin price was $209 was Jan 18th, the right price is around $219 at time. They are new to bitcoin and this is the second issue I had using Bitcoin since they started. Here is full details they told me to send exact 9.538889 BTC for $2000 usd, I even have the usd amount from blockchain.info saying it was worth $2097 at time of sending, money in my account in minutes. I sent it 2/11 and u can see not even btc-e price anywhere close to that anywhere last week and they always have lower than average Bitcoin price.
I have sent hundreds of Bitcoin transaction with not 1 issue, I have used 3 transactions in Bitcoin with them 2 issues so far, this issue still pending.

Sounds like they should look after you eventually with that evidence.
