bwin is the worst bookie of all time

    Hi everyone,
I deposited money in to my bwin account a month ago. I sent my documents to them the same day. From the start I have been limited to a10 euro a bet, so i decided to withdraw my money. I had no succes in doing that, i tried to contact them through email. i wrote sevral times, with no response back. i am lost on this, did anyone else go through this with bwin. what can i do to get my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous, i have never in my life experienced a bookmaker so careless of the people that have accounts set up with them. My biggest mistake was opening the account. I would like to get my deposit back and just move on and get as far away from bwin as i can. If any body here can help me with this i would be so thankful, exspesily with Christmas approaching i could do alot of better things with my money than let bwin hold it for almost a month now. Like i said im at the end of my rope, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. they will start charging the account inactive fee soon

Hi Jajatoto, have Bwin given you any reason you cannot withdraw?

I'm guessing they want you to bet the money once before activating withdrawals?

Please fill in a complaint form and an SBR rep will assist you getting it sorted out: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

unless something changed lately that wont help since Bwin group does not cooperate with SBR (at least that is what I was told by SBR when I submitted my complaint) ... also the OP should not bother to complain to eCogra because Bwin was one of the founding members, so ...

They are not, they have a terrible customer service.
I use - Mansion88 - They have super fast support and super fast withdrawals and super fast verifications.

Many people are not aware of Mansion88 but they are truly running an awesome website.
They are also big in Macau so unlike bWin they do have a huge amount of money to back them up.

i dont know what they want, they are not replying to any emails im sending to them and i know that they are getting them because i got an atomated response. i would be glad to wager what i deposited but i cant because they set a limit of 10 euros a bet. if anybody is thinking of opening an account there, just don't. there are plenty of better sportsbooks out there, this one is a major headache

Hi, I got a similar problem:

I have 4.5k€ on bwin and 2.5k of open bets there. I wanted to cash out the 4.5k to my bank account (I've also made a deposit before from my bank acc. and I def. met the rollover conditions) and they just closed my account without giving me any reason why.
I contacted them via email and telephone support and they just told me they've put the issue further to another department and they'll contact me as soon as they have found a solution- without giving me any reason why my account was closed.

I haven't done anything wrong or suspicious so I can't explain why this happend. I'm just extremely mad that wellknown bookmakers like BWIN just close accounts without a reason.

Does anybody know how long this will take?
And: What will happen to my open bets? I have a 2k bet on Tottenham vs ManU, so it would be cool to know if the bet will count or not if
the account is still blocked tomorrow.

how do you people bet so much on bwin?
Bet like average-Joe-loser when your starting limit is 50-100?
    And then they raise it?

@Buzibaer Bwin is known for voiding a few winning bets on accounts they are limiting/closing, before cashouts.
    Good luck!

Yeah you and I are in the same boat. At least they are replying to your questions. I didn't have a clue with who i was dealing with. Bwin is a modern Al Capone Gangster bookmaker that can shake you down whenever they feel like it, without having to answer to anybody. They are straight robbing people for their hard earned money and they are getting away with it too. By the way how did you get them to reply Buzibaer

I called them on the phone. I am form Austria and the phone support is an Austrian number so it's a cheap solution. However, they coudln'T really help me and just told me i have to wait until i get a reply by email.

Not sure ... UK members are not allowed I think ... I also think US can't ... why don't you come to Israel and then you can freely bet at Mansion and have no limits neither and get your withdrawals processed in less than 1 hour ... with no rollover requirements?!

I filed a complaint with SBR, i will update you guys on how i made out. If that doesnt bear fruit I will be looking to file a complaint with the gameing commision where BaWare is licenced to. It is my initial deposit that they have, it isn't any winnings. I only placed two bets both for 10 euros. That is why I think it so crazy and pety of them to not let me withdraw MY money.

Hu guys, after 2more phonecalls, BWIN replied to me yesterday, that "my selfexclusion was successfull"

I never asked for a self exclusion recently, I just wanted to make a withdraw to my bank account.
At least, it seems that they've now processed my withdrawel (hope so, as I would need some money in January).
I can't make any more bets or deposits, but still withdraw - in case my open bets will win.
Furthermore, thye told me that (I don't know if it's correctly translated from German: ) "I'm no longer allowed to bet on zero" What does that mean? Is it concerning surebets?

I like Bwin. They never answer your emails and they always have good values available. My account was used for surebetting for nearly 10 years. I was limited only to 25€. Not so bad. It's still possible to place small ordinary bets with great value. I keep on betting as long as i'm

    Hi Guys,
I just wanted to update you guys on my status. After one month of extreme struggle and fifty-thousand emails sent I finally got a response today. I will be able to withdraw now, and they are apologizing to the inconvenience. Yeah, what an understatement. They should pay me for all the lost time. Anyway, im glad you got your money back too Buzibaer.

I signed up with them back in 2009. I was supposed to get a 20euro bonus with my sign up and also my friend that I suggested. They never gave me the bonus. I got only 10 euros and that was after a lot of complaining. They said I hadn't pressed the right buttons during the sign up procedure or something like that. Ridiculous. Like I was some kind of baby that had never used a computer before. My friend never got his bonus either.
At the time other books were giving out bonuses of 100% up to 100 euros.

    I left there fast.

Aaand now I have betting limit of 0.25€. So my long turney with Bet and Win, Betoto and finally Bwin is over. So is it the worst bookie all time? I think Bwin is trying really hard to be one.

I was limited to 0.25€, now Bwin has took off all my limits. This is something that has never happened to me.

Lately I send messages to Betway, Marathon, Bet Vernons and Bwin and sweared at them to remove my limits.

Betway is not answering me anything. 1€ limits

Bet Vernons says that markets are constantly changing, so they need to limit people to 1.4€

Marathon says markets are constantly changing so its necessary to set limits as low as 1€

Bwin no answer but limits are gone
