For season win plays (such as Nebraska over 7.5 wins, etc.) Las Vegas and I believe all other offshore sports books say that you must play all 12 games or the ticket is void. The usual wording is something like this: * Game Note: All regular Season games must be completed for action. Conference Championships and Bowl Games do not apply.

Florida did not play all its games and I know some sportsbooks (Heritage for example) have already credited players.

My play is at another sportsbook and so far they have graded it a loss and not a VOIDED play.

My question are as follows:

If this is not resolved via chat with the book in question, does SBR have a way to help resolve it?
