    Sportsbooks that accept Bitcoin

We are in the process of gathering data on sportsbooks which accept bitcoin.

Please let us know if your sportsbook offers bitcoin as either a deposit or withdrawal option.

Great idea. Would love to have this info. BTC deposits and withdrawal options would be a great option to have, though to my knowledge no major sportsbook has decided to go there--just the specialist books that have sprung up to only take bitcoin and that seem a little dodgy.

Bitbook.biz - Used this one for around the past year. Solid, no issues until that ddos attack the other day. Like that they have NBA live betting.

Cloudbet.com - Newer book. Used them a bunch of times because they offer live soccer and tennis, something no other non bitcoin book offers for us in the US. Withdrawals have been almost instant. Haven't bet more then $500 here.

Bitcoinlivebets.com - Don't trust them anymore. They had issues and had to sell shares of the site. You can find more at bitcointalk about that.

Bitcoinsports.eu - Stopped betting with them when withdrawals were getting slower and slower. Straight scam now I guess.

I don't gamble every day, usually once or twice a week when bored at work. Average bet is around $50 with max being $500 these days.

My go-to Bitcoin sports book isnitrogensports.eu. Another that I have used that is not listed isanonibet.com, one of the oldest BTC books. A couple of books notlisted that I have not used are Darkbet and Betcoinsports.com Betcoin has a racebook, might give it a try over the weekend. If youbet online with bitcoin, check out Kryptokit. Kryptokit is a chromeextension that is a browser wallet and GPG secure messaging system. Everything is stored client-side on your computer. It is opensource.

Kind of mentioned but I have been using betcoinsports dot com . Bitcoin got a lot easier to use because you can use CoinBase to fund and withdraw to bank very easily.

The line option are VERY limited at betcoinsports. I have no real clue when their lines open either. NCAA FB for instance does not normally list games till day before or even day of. Basically you can't take an early line. The payouts can be comprable to most books some times but other times it just sucks. Basically they may just give you 2-6 betting options on a game where at most books you will have plenty more options. The user interface is lacking many options like easily seeing your existing wagers. The grading can take a few hours.

Still, it works for Bitcoin and you get paid. I'm not nominating them for any awards but it's a bitcoin option and LTC which is very hard to find.

Good to point out failures in the BTC community. I must say however. You should not store your digital currency in other countries. You should keep your BTC in your own wallet on your own computer and back it up. It is true with a book you need to store it there to place a bet but it does not have to stay there long.

In no way am I saying people who had their money at Gox should of been screwed over. I just don't know what people expect from a company that sells trading cards and then stumbles into BTC trading. It never made sense.

BetOWI accepts BTC now, but I haven't tried depositing yet. I guess they turn BTC deposits into US dollars like 5Dimes does after BTC has been deposited. Not sure if you can withdraw more BTC than you deposit.
They have been rated C- by SBR since ratings were initiated for them in February 2013, no change yet in rating.

    Curacao license includes
The Curacao eGaming Licensing Authority ensures that all CIGA members operate according to the gaming license provided by the Government of the Netherlands Antilles and assist with the development of customer service standards and consumer standards. They must maintain a full audit trail for every player who makes a deposit, including financial transactions and individual wagers. They must refuse wagers from residents of the Netherlands Antilles and those below the age of 18. They must provide for third party auditors all gaming systems including backend software logs. They must agree to be able to pay player winnings by maintaining minimum financial resources. Finally, they must avoid and prevent unethical marketing and advertising.

Why do you say that? A Curacao license isn't the same as Costa Rica. You just need a data processing license in Costa Rica.
