Lately has anyone else been having delays with betdsi posting bets in a timely manner ? I bet on a 1st inning prop and it's now the 6 inning and they keep saying it hasn't been graded . Have they downgraded staff?

Ive dabbled with dsi the last few weeks and I cant help but notice that their customer service does not come close to that of heritage, and there is def a lag in grading bets.

Then they changed their live betting platform today which isn't compatible with my note 3 ha smh
