Sportsbook.ag payouts slow
tomorrow makes 7 weeks that I requested a withdrawal. Please tell me there are reports that people are actually getting their money eventually. I've used this site for years have had multiple payouts and never ever have had a problem. Time to make a change.
Players are being paid, but very slowly.
Management recently agreed to review a list of all player complaints from users that contacted SBR, to go about giving individual updates on accounts for players who weren't satisfied with customer service, but we still wait for that update.
After you get over the 8 week time-frame, you can file a complaint and we can add you to the list of players owed. Nearly $100,000 is being slow-paid to the 25+ players that have written in, so you can imagine what their complete backlog might look like.
Thanks for the info. I don't want to piss them off by any means. Also their whole cancel your withdrawal no deposit thing is annoying. I am a smaller player 50/100 depo and usually withdraw if I get up a couple hundo. In this case I'm withdrawing 1400 so there is no way I'm gonna cancel that.
Glad to hear you have a nice withdrawal coming. We don't make direct recommendations on where to play but I might suggest checking out the SBR reviews or the poster's poll and choosing a book that can pay you within the same week if not sooner, rather than deal with waiting several weeks for payment.

after waiting 10 weeks I recieved my check for $2500. Think their doing the best they can. U.S. government has made payouts tough. Wish government would just let us open a Vegas account, and play over the internet. They would get their cut(taxes) and we don't have to deal with off shore. Only hope, if NJ wins their case vs doj and sports leagues.

Still waiting on payments from 3-4 and 3-6...simply blows my mind to wait 3 months for a payment. I could have swam to Costa and back by now to pick up a check.
It took 10 weeks for my final cash out. The check will come just don't hold your breath.

It would be nice for people to use common sense related to processing. Meaning stfu about it. No reason to bring up payment methods. If you play with SB you already understand payouts will be slow. No difference between the processing they use versus the processing used by 5Dimes or any decent sportsbook. 13, nothing makes it legal or illegal unless it already is or isin't.
Requested a $300 check on 4/19, and today marks 48 days with no change to the status.

SO? i am US as well. Get on live chat and see if they will do it for you. Ive had 2 payouts the last 2 months P2P and just requested another the other day.
I got my check for 1000 dollars 10 weeks and 8 days after I submitted for a withdrawal. Three days after I saw it was processed I got the check via FedEx Express... Cashed the check and everything cleared... I was very frustrated and will be using a different book from now on. The money came for me so hopefully you get yours soon too

4th of 5 checks processed. Makes 12 weeks.
Thursday is 10 weeks, 1,800.00 still pending, have live chatted with them every week since week 6, still no movement.
RIGHT..., come on buddy listen too what $$$ is saying.
i will never deposit there again but I wished I would have not told them they were pathetic losers when I uninstalled poker, I would probably had a few free bets to lure me back.
