RebateWager are a good bunch, but I would go with Heritage because I am very curious about what is going on there. Did you get an invite by someone or something? Unfortunately they won't let you just join up.
If anyone has an invite to spare........
VIP.. don't know much but an 8% fee is not good. I wouldn't go in there even with a 30% cash bonus.
