    No one ever fukin responds in there, tried several times over the week but never got a hold of an agent.

    i have used live chat probably a few 100 times and never once was someone not in the chat.. so not sure if u went at 3 am or ?

    Why even use chat??

    Just pick up the damn phone! I never use the chat feature at books, I just give them a call. But then again, I still phone in some of my wagers daily as well depending on where I am at the time

    Books record all phone calls..if you use chat then you also get to keep a copy of the conversation. Especially helpful when discussing bonus terms.

    When you're looking for a sender name I want in print, might be why BOL doesn't even give the info over the phone(i am aware we talking about the differnt book) also as Stash said what was this 3 am? I never have not been able to reach BI via cha.
