    interesting problem with bet islands deposit

    Sent a transfer to bet islands earlier this morning.....received my receipt and as always double checked it to make sure it matched the information. This was back at 12:30 pm. So i give the info and notice after an hour that the deposit hasnt gone thru.

    Online it says the transfer is ready but then no details are showing up.....i call in and it says the transfer doesnt exist but then the person i talk to say the information is correct and it is ready for pick up.

    this has been a huge problem and have already missed the euro game i was trying to get down on....i have no idea what is happening...but this sucks.

    update: they tell me theres nothing they can do on their end and basically im shit out of luck.

    WTF....ive never had a problem the company said everything was fine and what not so i have no ******* clue whats going on

    It's not a bet islands issue it is a M.G or W.U issue. Take your receipt to the original location and straighten it out

    yeah i know its not their issue....just went in to cancel it at the location and they say they cant cancel it. say i need to have ** cancel it and then pick it up from them.

    this is crazy.....have no clue whats going on

    you can go to a different store to refund it than the one you sent it, like one time a sent at CVS but they would not give me cash back only *********** so I went at a check cashing place and got refunded

    all you do is go back to the store and they reenter the confirmation \# and you retrieve the money minus the fees. you won't get the fees back

    if you want to cancel it you have to call ** or **.. they send it back to you in your name with the same reference number. you lose the fees. the store wont cancel it.. you have to call and say you want to cancel it and they send it back to you.

    had a problem with a ** deposit this morning.

    called betislands with reference number, checked my account 30 mins later to see if money was in my account.

    nothing there, so went on live chat and was told the transaction was on hold and that I needed to contact **.

    called ** to see why there was a problem, and they told me there was something wrong on their end. Told me I couldn't send money to that particular person. No Joke. I started getting nervous when they were asking me who this person was and how I knew that guy.

    I got my money back quickly, but don't know what the deal is with betislands.

    Literally told me they weren't comfortable authorizing my transaction and allowing that name to pick up money.

    that has happen to me once at betislands.. But honestly its happen to me at a couple other books. Usually they try to spread out the names for people to pick up on their side, but sometimes these people get use to much and they get red flagged. Most of the people picking up these **'s and such not only pick up for betislands but they pick up for other books also. So just like you can be red flagged so can they. Thats why one day you might be sending to pablo rodriguez-javier and the next day its pablo javier-rodriguez and the next day its pablo rodriguez-j
