    Is that amount of money important to you? Regardless of the site I personally I wouldn't have any more money offshores (especially in one account) then would be painful if you lost it all...

    i had a old intertops account about 5 years ago or so i withdrew 7500, there wasn't a problem at all, but times change so i don't know how they are now. I would say test the waters.
