Las Vegas Hotel (previously Hilton) is the best - you get comps on your players card. The only problem is they might go bankrupt someday (they recently couldn't afford to keep the Hilton name).
My 2nd preference is Palazzo/Venetian. They don't seem to care if you don't use a players card.
MGM usually accommodates w/out a players card, but sometimes they will impose wagering limits if you don't use their card. They love asking for a players card, even though there are absolutely no comps associated with it.
Wynn likes to ask for ID a lot, even if you keep everything under 10K.
Hilton (LVH) for biggest selection
Cantor (M, Venetian/Palazzo, HR, Cosmo, Trop, Palms) for biggest limits
Caesars for party atmosphere
Venetian for nicest atmosphere
T.I. for stalest lines
MGM properties for convenience (however Cantor's mobile app is the most convenient I guess)
Stations for locals
Only stopped by the Palazzo sports book, it looked pretty fukking awesome though. If I'm not mistaken, the sports book is part restaurant so you can order real food while watching the game. Small though, but for a small group it's nice. I've always enjoyed Caesars for its size and location next to the poker room.
For watching games the Palazzo is the best choice.
For betting purposes Caesars Entertainment and Station Books have the "squarest" lines with major market favorites and overs frequently shaded 1/2 point. For smaller market stuff Cantor, Wynn, LVH, and Lucky's franchises (Terrible's, the Riv, and the D) have the most lines. Cantor is sort of a pain in the ass as they do everything possible to hide what the line currently is for non-major markets, but if you're at the Palazzo anyway then you might as well deal with them.
