    BetIslands - Getting Rid of Free Half Point & Reduced Juice

    Ashley: Hello, how may I assist you today?

    RyanLeaf: I was curious about your reduced juice


    RyanLeaf: I hear you offer it if you ask for it.

    Ashley: You are set up to get the free half point. The thing is, both features ( reduced juice and free half point ) were discontinued after superbowl. And will be back for football season. Anyone set up with it and with funds still in acct get it untill they basically hit zero. I'm afraid after you hit zero with us, I will have to take down the free half point. Now... if you want, I am willing to change it to reduced juice, but when you hit zero or ( hopefully ) cash out, I will have to take the feature off of your acct


    RyanLeaf: It's okay. Please keep the free half point. I'm just confused because a friend of mine recently re-deposited and he said he was still getting a free half point


    Ashley: I'm sure.. it's hard to keep track, we are trying to take it away from everyone. and we are, slowly but surely. If your friend deposited and still got it, it's because one of us didnt notice in his acct before taking the deposit.

    You know... one thing I cant keep up with is all the shops that have reduced juice. I think I will add that info to the solid book list.

    I don't hit zero but I did withdraw 950 and they took off my free 1/2 point but gave me reduced juice for now.

    Reduced juice is gone? Was going to re-up with them with their bonus, but will stick with Heritage if that's the case.

    They need to change their promotion page because they are still offering -107 on almost all new deposits.Why waste peoples time if that's not the case?

    No sir, it was just a mix-up on the clerk's part. The free half-point is seasonal; but clients that want to keep it can do so. Players that would rather opt for reduced juice can do that too.

    Is the free half point in lieu of the 110% bonus with the 12X rollover? Or, are both attainable when opening a new account and/or on a re up?

    I believe you should be able to ger both. I'd get in live chat and ask before depositing though.

    This isn't a suprise. New books come in for NFL season with tempting bonuses/offers and then take more and more away as the volume for them increases. This will now be a slower time for BI in it's first year of being open so they wanna be safe over that time.

    i was told yesterday when i reloaded my account that i could not get the reduced juice

    so some of you are saying you can still get the reduced juice?
