    I'm curious, which web-site can you safely use for playing with sums about $10,000-$20,000 and more without being cut off or limited in some way? I'm not a US citizen.

    I see that they have a $2k limit. You will find the odds shorten as soon as you bet that. Sure you can keep going back for more limit bets but the odds will shorten every time to you hit it.
