I have been around a very long time, and use mainly credit books at A+ books only; however I still find myself using Heritage and 5Dimes for post up.

I must say Heritage Customer service has gone backwards. Still a very good book; however they used to treat their customers like a king. Maybe it's because they bounced me out a 4 years ago, but have since accepted me again with The Greek transaction.

Customer service at 5Dimes is horrendous, and Heritage is becoming more and more like them daily.

Of course I will continue to deal with them because the pros outweigh the cons, and the amount of quality post up books out there is very scarce.

Anyhow, probably a meaningless post, but I thought I should share.

all customer service is bad. no good book has good customer service. why be nice if you dnt have to? thats the way they look at it

BetIslands has CS that is amazing. Bet, yes, 5Dimes is the best from a wagering option/odds standpoint.
