    BET365 - This book is down! DANGER TO CUSTOMERS

    This sportsbook, in last months, is ridiculous

    They sent message mail promotions to customers, offering good a lot bonus, but not credit

    I receveid one mail promotion BONUS MOBILE, speaking:

    "Make one bet with your mobile, and win one bonus similar value, until 100usd"

    Only this say there in mail promotion

    Ok... I make bets, more than one, I not have any promotion open there in this moment, all ended, closed

    Then, after I make my last bet there, of 100usd, she still was pending, I try to place my code bonus mobile there in my account, and not received my bonus until now! This is ridiculous

    In OFFERS AVAILABLE, after I make my last bet there, my bonus mobile is with color GREEN (this color is equal: offer available), and above this say: you already have made all conditions to received this bonus, place your code and win

    Ok... I place my code, and not received nothing

    Then, minutes after this, I lost this my last bet

    And, for my surprise, in OFFER AVAILABLE, my offer bonus mobile was with other color: RED (this color is equal: offer unavailable), and above this say: you still not have made all conditions to received this bonus

    THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

    BET365 NOW IS CHANGING TO ONE SCAM SPORTSBOOK!? IS THIS CORRECT?!

    Then, now I was again in the chat, and the people there say to me to make OTHER BET to win my bonus kkkkkkkkkkkkkk I am one patetic then? I to have to make other deposits again, to bet again, and too not received nothing again!?

    in my opinion bet365 is one of the best book out there for people with a smaller bankroll. Ive been using them for the last year and have had no problems.

    they're good and they cashed me out.

    however along the lines of scam bonuses- some chick name emily that works there popped up in a chat box while i was playin blackjack there and was talkin my head off about some bonus.

    then she said it had a 14x rollover. i told her to never message me with some stupid shit like that again. not my exact words but pretty close.

    also i tell them twice a week that they have the worst live chat help ive ever seen.

    Bet365 (SBR Rated A-) has been known to close players accounts rather prematurely from time to time so I can't say I'm surprised by their actions in regards to this type of issue.     There was another thread within the past two weeks but unfortunately again the english was not the best and it made it difficult to understand the issue.

    i've used the book for around a year and have had no issues with it so far. Every time i wanted to withdrawl the money was in my account within a couple of days. The book is so book and they have alot of sports to wager. The live betting is also great, the book is pretty big over here in europe.

    And if you start winning,this may sound absurd...purposely lose a couple of games,deposit some money and then withdraw,withdraw,deposit,withdraw (get the pattern) always make sure your up money,be patient.
