It was you who messed up the ** deposit by using the 800 number instead of the local number on the ** form and got Peter blacklisted by **, Now you want to get paid on bets made on funds never received. Sorry but that isn't happening.

Send in your deposit and then they will pay you every cent they owe you.

This is all I received in communication from pulsebet, I filled in NO PHONE NUMBER for the receiver on westernunion.com so I am not sure how I messed up all ** deposits...this is so messed up. Pulsebet has a form on their website where you can enter your details about the deposit which I filled in correctly. Even if an 800 number was put in their form on the pulsebet website...how would westernunion know?!!?!

Hello Gavin, I am writing to apologize first of all to you for a case of mistaken identity, I am truly sorry for getting you mixed up with another poster who has been trying to actually terrorize Peter at SYNbet. I spent over an hour on the phone listening to this poster using every curse in the book to try to get credit for a deposit that SYNBET never received (long story). Somehow the people at SYNbet thought it was you (it's posible this poster's actual real first name is Gavin but I am not sure,

Anyway, I have been up since 3AM EDT this morning which is I believe 11AM CET in Bulgaria trying to get the issue resolved and I was able to finally obtain proof that you were mistakenly identified as this other poster who has been trying desperately to convince SYNbet he sent them a substantial amount of money but because he filled out the senders form incorrectly ** froze the funds on him, he claims.

In the meantime he managed to talk a brand new SYNbet CSD Clerk into actually issuing him credit without ever receiving the funds which allowed the player the ablility to bet Sunday with funds that never made it to SYNbet,

This player managed to win a substantial figure with the non-existent funds after which management found out and froze his withdrawal request until the funds arrived, when they never did show. SYNBet management gave him another chance to revoke his deposit and send a new one which he claimed he did and demanded his withdrawal be processed immediately based on the fact that he claimed to have sent the new deposit which of course never showed. He used the same mistakenly filled out ** form again as an excuse, Leaving the situation unchanged as we speak.

He still won money on funds SYNbet never received and SYNbet will still only pay out any winnings made on bets after the actuall arrival of the actual promised deposit funds which as if a little while ago still has not occurred.

All the while this player used every trick in the book such as claiming to be an SBR Moderator, impersonating Rx Mod Hache Man and many other tactics including extensive verbal abuse of SYBet CSD Supervisor Peter, Part of that is what I heard and trust me I am no shrinking violet being a VietNam combat Veteran, his tirades made even me going seven years as Rx head mod wonder what kind of animal were they dealing with,

Getting back to you, in-between calls every 15 minutes or so for what has now been two days Peter and I mistakenly thought this was yourself, I will admit knowing your Bryant College emails (one Gmail and one Yahoo) and most likely your attendance at that fine school of higher learning caused me to have doubts that you could really be this person but SYNbet seemed convinced at least yesterday afternoon,

However during all of this these constant calls from the other player that kept interrupting us and I finally was able to hang up as like now I was the only Mod working due to industry slowdown cutbacks at The Rx and with many of our traditional sponsors such as BetJamaica and others caused us to reduce the mod team by two members (Bucsfan67 and RobFunk) Buc is finishing his baseball contest for no pay,

I don't want to pass the buck on this matter and humbly ask you to accept my sincerest apology for making the error in identifying who this poster at SYNbet was as far as his Rx name went (early on he would not reveal it, leaving us guessing). I AM 100% in the wrong and can't really find the words that correctly express how sorry I am I made this mistake.

I am a native son from Mass born in Worcester after WW2 and raised in a small town near Boston if that helps any, I also enlisted in the US Army right out of high school and really did see a lot of action as a door gunner on Huey H-1 Med Evac choppers out of Pleiku Airfield (Camp Holloway) during the year 1968, which has nothing to do with this issue,

Again, I can only say I am truly sorry for a very human mistake and have taken you off post review so you can say anything regarding this or any other issue you care to completely uncensored.

One of my many buddies in this industry says you were never banned from the rx, you were placed on post review, because you were pulling a Cory and starting thread after thread over this minor issue.

He goes on to explain the only reason the rx put you on post review was NOT banned like you claim was to prevent multiple threads (which something SBR should look into regarding another issue) spamming their boards.
