Until now, I always thought they were great. I have been making regular bank transfers to their account in Germany. I made another transfer last week but it bounced back. It turns out they have closed this account. Now I have to make another transfer to and I must pay the transfer fees a second time. They are saying that it is my responsibility to make sure I am sending to a valid account. I'm saying they should have informed me when they closed this account, and should at least refund me the transfer fees. Don't I have a point here?
