Thumbs sideways/kind of pointed down for Sportsbook

As any of your know who have had a Sportsbook account, they have their promo props every day.

"Wager on who will get to 10 points first, if the first point it scored by Dirk Nowitzki or Dwayne Wade, winning wagers will be tripled". Well I thought I would be slick and bet both sides. When I won, I got an email saying I "abused the promotion" and the promo would no longer be offered to me. Two days later my account was closed. They told me they would wait until my pending wagers had been graded and then send me my balance. They canceled a future I had on Paul Casey to win any major at 100-1 (this week it was down to 15-1). They wouldn't give me any reason as to why my account was closed although it's pretty easy to guess.

So just a warning, if you are any kind of winner, even a small one (I am a 50-100 dollar bettor per game) and you try and use your brain to out-wit the SPED bookmakers they have working at that place, you will likely be done.

I will say my money was refunded in full to my CC within 5 days though. No complaints there.

I think your Casey wager should have stood but what do you expect to happen when you're betting both sides of a prop.

You abused the promotion. Don't take shots at D- books if you don't want them to take them back at you.

Honestly, I just thought they would no longer offer it to me at some point. Didn't expect them to actually close my account. I suppose I should have

Yeah, but how about have software that doesn't allow you to do it? Or have something mentioning it in their house rules. They had nothing. I wasn't past posting, or betting no on a player that wasn't in the lineup. I just thought of something to increase my EV. Just a shame when you out smart the people who run these places that you are supposed to proof read their book for them

So they intentionally design their software to allow that stuff so they can catch people who want to take a shot at them and then disable their account? Yeah, that's make a ton of sense. It is waaaaay easier to to it that way and deal with the headache of having to deal with every person who takes a shot as opposed to just making it so it's not allowed. I mean, why don't they just allow CP's also? That way they can find out who all the mean people are and get them out of there

You're wrong. Stop arguing, 3 people have told you the same thing and you still don't get it.
