Party banned me and accuses me of fraud

Situation from before i posted about:

GF tried to open account at SIA it was closed with claims of fraud. I made a thread about it two weeks ago with the letter she recieved.

    situation:

I open a PartyBets acount, and deposit money. money gets deposited succesfully, and a day later I cannot log into my acount. I phone them and they read me the exact same email that my gf recieved from SIA (about fraud/TOC). I tell him no fraud is taking place, he states they are doing it because, "there was many frauds from your isp", I don't know much about computers but this makes no sense to me at all.

So wtf do I do now. I have never done a charge back, never wronged, any book etc etc. But somehow it seems I've been blacklisted.

    Cliffs:

Im getting banned for "fraud" from books for no reason

Last thread you said that your GF did not use your computer at SIA.

Welcome to the world of being blacklisted you should not have tried to open a new SIA account under your GF's name after your betting limits were reduced. SIA did not want your action anymore and you tried to scam them.

    No sympathy for you here.

Maybe your GF's doing the fraud.

Check her handbag, is it full of stick-on beards?

Anytime someone opens with "my gf tried to open an account" you know theyre lying. Better luck next life as a dogs tongue.

Some books share information about fraud so it possible you got on a list for the second account that you tried to open at SIA...

Be smarter. Your GF playing your plays while you "teach" her is no different than you opening another account.

Whats next teach your mom, dad, grandmother, little sister, neighbor, etc. it sounds like SIA is going to lose a lot of money to your gambling lessons.

Epic fail at multi accounting you are the worst fraudster in history.

He may have got his hand caught in the cookie jar, but we'll be happy to confirm that the reason Party doesn't wish to accept his action is the incident with SIA if a sportsbook complaint is submitted.

Sportsbooks are being more proactive with sharing information on accounts they consider fraudulent, though this is the first alleged instance I've heard of an account being blacklisted if it were not connected to any debt or wide-scale bearding.

Because SIA limited his account to $20 max bets after he went on a run hitting them on their soft numbers he than tried to open a second account under his girlfriends name in order to circumvent his $20 betting limits and take more money from them.

Multi accounting in order to circumvent betting limits is looked down upon by sports books. What is the point of limiting his original account if he can just continue by opening accounts under new names?

    Read slowly please...

I was banned from partybets for setting up a legitimate account under my own name.

If you wanna discuss my GF/SIA situation I made a thread for that. If not, just run along.

You were banned from partybet because SIA put you on the blacklist for multi-accounting in order to circumvent betting limits that were placed on your account.

That ruling seems very unreasonable considering the facts of both situations.

Lou, why waste your time when there are plenty of other legitimate cases out there requiring attention? These types of players tried it with comeon too recently.

Really hope partybets just ignore all correspondance.

You may well be right Jimbo but books do make mistakes and if this is one the guy has a right to be given an opportunity to get it resolved fairly

Almost certainly you were iesnare'd ... once your name (and your "girlfriend's" name) are in the iesnare database, any time you (or her) sign up at another book that uses iesnare, they will be notified that you are on the iesnare blacklist.

Receiving the "exact same" e-mail (which is likely a "form letter" provided by iesnare) from SIA and PartyBets is also an indication of this.

    Sharpcircle,
I find it interesting I'm the first person to ask you about a quoted sentence in your opening post.
Other than grammatical problems you quoted the form email / chat with CS using the term 'isp' rather than 'ip', which is what everyone seems to think you said.
These are very different terms. If by the crazy off chance you quoted correctly this is an entirely different animal. Check it out and confirm please.

    Legit,

Honestly, I'm not sure what he said (it was a phone conversation). I thought he said ISP but he could have easily said IP, he had a heavy accent, regardless I could tell from his anwsers and tone he wasn't entirely sure what he was talking about. (He read the email to me)

    Halifax,

It seems very likely the iesnare was the cause. It was mentioned in the other thread but I assumed it was not my account that was "blacklisted".fml if thats the case.
