It's ok I forgive you Pokerplayer. I am supporting you and you took things entirely the wrong way. If my words are coming across as sarcastic I apologize. I mean no harm or disrespect. I just wanted to support you that is all. I have changed my tune and believe in doing what I can to help people fit in.

If you took it as taking a shot at less fortunate people like I stated.. I am the last person who would ever do this. I just became concerned after doing a search and realizing a few things after re-reading a few of your posts. I SINCERELY MEAN NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE LESS FORTUNATE. I do volunteer and do what I can to help less fortunate people who suffer from mental disabilities because it is the right thing to do. Detecting sarcasm from text is hard and that is why I wanted to PM you to divulge more about a cause that is near and dear to my heart.

If calling Easystreet or their ownership crooked makes Cory's day or anyone else's just let it be everyone. If they have to post 10,000 times or even a year just let it be. Clearly we are all in the wrong and should just report payouts when/if we get them and let people continue to say we are liars. We are the ones who received money and we are the ones able to spend that money. No matter how many screenshots or physical proof we have regarding this book or any book.. this is a fight that is simply pointless. Facts are severely distorted and I for one am saying that it is obviously more important to them than it should be to any player at Easystreet. So no matter what the inaccurate claim may be just agree with it because you probably just put a smile on one of their faces.

Again I apologize pokerplayer22 and I am genuinely not mocking you and would apologize to you over the phone/skype so you could hear the sincerity in my voice.

No problem with bumping your own posts Cory but like I said before I sincerely think it is your best interest to post the statement "Easystreet chose not to pay me" instead of "Easystreet does not pay" because then people can post screenshots/physical proof that can disprove your claim. Just my opinion thats all.

To be honest, not at this time--the Cory Caper has damaged EZ somewhat. I would wait until I saw more evidence of payouts. I invested in EZ (C+ rated at the time) before all this crap broke, so I still have some RO to finish before I can test their payout ability.

I agree 100%. I think honestly the best thing he could do is be up front and honest regarding any chargebacks and correct his spam statement. I don't think anyone is disputing anymore that he should receive some money but I think the general consensus is that he won't. This practice will only worsen his chances of ever seeing a dime and if Cory's goal is to generate as much negative publicity as possible that is fine. However what do most gamblers care about most when playing at a book? They themselves get paid.

I would say that the vast majority of gamblers are a selfish breed and that is fine.. whether it is people fading a person and publicly posting that or gloating when they win and everyone gets shafted or if they are simply someone who plays at a book that has stiffed hundreds of thousands into the millions and they still get paid while others have not.

I just realized and assumed from things you have typed. I mean no ill feelings and I was honest when I say I donate to a charity yearly to help people with mental disabilities. I also have volunteered at the Special Olympics. I also do volunteer work for a thrift store where proceeds go to women who have been raped/abused and suffer from mental distress/disorders. Cory... I am not talking about this deposit and situation at Easystreet... I am just talking in general. Let people including myself shut up about your past instead of being secretive about it that is all. Making excuses? I simply said they chose not to pay you.. how is that making excuses? I mean no offense when I say that... this just is no different than someone who signs up and plays at a sportsbook.com family of books who have robbed millions from players over the years.

As for my involvement. I have stated and posted before. I am a customer. I have been paid in the past at Easystreet and they were fair with me and by giving me good business I would play there again and if I did not go bust I would be playing there now. I also am supportive of Betonline and Legends which are books I play at somewhat frequently (legends far more lately due to cash bonus). I live in Florida so clearly any ties more than just a customer would be idiotic of me due to legal issues that could arise from it. I know you will spin it in a way that you want or claim something else that is untrue and that is fine if it makes you feel better. If an untruth can make your day better then by all means spin it the way you want.

Just my opinion and I am being honest that if you put all the goods on the table you would be the better person and really throw everything in our faces and Easystreet's as well because there would be no "alleged" used in anything that was said about you. Also what's the point in hiding anything? I mean in all honesty do you believe you will see any money after all this? Being secretive about it is not always the best IMO.

For what it's worth.. I have done 3 chargebacks in my life. 1. Cascade 2. Sportsbook.com after voiding a winning parlay 3. Bet911 after they took off

How many kids have trouble living a normal life, holding a normal job or being successful? I am sure many of them wish they could bet on sports or comprehend it overall. My cousin has attended baseball games with me before and the look in their eye is true enjoyment even though they do not fully understand. Depending on the severity the person can be more normal and be a very mainstream person in acting such as Chris Burke or they can be in a situation where they will have trouble understanding things their whole life.

By all means rip on myself or others who play at D books but do not rip on a disability that people genuinely suffer from. If they ever stiff me then everyone is right and I am an idiot however I have yet to be stiffed. Also what about the betfair players? that book was A+ and the players never were compensated. Ratings are a guideline and obviously if a book wants to resolve an issue they will.. if they don't they won't.

Was this your dispute from EZMarvin or was this a different scam?

Nearly all the best made from the 3 accounts were made 1. from pokerplayer22's IP address, or 2. from pokerplayer22 calling into the sportsbook.

While it's certainly not a 100% thing, I thought the sportsbook was reasonable in concluding that Pokerplayer22 was controlling the 3 accounts to "bonus hustle" - each account received a sign-up bonus, plus a referral bonus to the main account (which turned $40 into $1200). If you accept that premise, Sportbet handled this dispute fairly.

You attempted to defraud Sportsbet. You closed out your account except for the referral bonus, and attempted to open your fourth account. At that point, a clerk identified you.

Sportbet is not crooked. Sportbet has no outstanding no-pay complaints. I wasted hours of my life investigating your dispute. You contradicted yourself during the investigation (did they play from work? Or during your poker parties 3 times a week at your house, where they placed all their internet bets). You lied to OSGA, making up things that SBR never said. You lied to me when I asked you about it. You lied to Sportbet when you identified yourself on telephone as various different people. You continuously misrepresent the facts of this dispute.

You're obviously free to post what you wish, but as I warned you privately, I'll continue correcting your factual misstatements.

The fourth account was not successfully opened - he was attempting to do it by telephone when the clerk recognized his voice from an earlier call withdrawing all non-bonus money.
