    It changes everything. Lots of teams like to start at home. They play the group according to that.

    So basically longer games and higher chance of injuries because teams are pushing for that equalizer and extra time.

    Top players are tired anyways even without that rule....

    In theory leads to more offensive football I guess

    They should have just removed it for extra time. I always thought that part of the rule didn't make much sense

    lol This isnt NBA basketball where teams want to clinch homecourt advantage. Never heard a soccer player or coach say we want to start at home in a two legged knockout stage.
