You need to buy a tv, Argentina was complete garbage at the World Cup in 2016. Belgium was a solid team but not elite.
You will get a far better return than +450 if you just bet a France to win in regulation and rollover your winnings if they advance starting in knockout stages.

Italy is nicely priced at 8-1, in a weak group, playing all their group games in Rome, so they should certainly advance and then anything can happen.

I don't see it that way. I see clear class with France and Belgium and no one else has that type of talent.
All the other teams like Spain and Portugal and Germany and Italy and Croatia etc are all clumped into one group.
In soccer anything can happen, the best team on paper doesn't always win, but more often than not, on the international stage, it does.

I guess you don't like the Italian team. Swiss and turkey are not easy games. Italy will get 4 points at least in those two and win the other game and win the group. They have a nice mix on this team and it's not all about the defense like usual . Italy will make noise in the tourney.

Portugal has talent but they are an older team, Pepe is 38, renaldo 35, it’s hard to see a team whose best player is 35 winning the tournament.

Sure Italy has a great team but their results so far need to be taken with caution. They have faced garbage teams in both the EC qualification and also now in the WC qualification. Of course still impressive for them to win all games but if your strongest opponent is Finland, well how much does that mean.
And again I'm not saying Italy can't win against Turkey or Switzerland, but at the current odds it simply has zero value. This is the best generation Turkey has ever had. They have achieved good results in tourneys with far worse teams. They had the highly favored France team on the ropes in both EC qualification group matches, won one and drew the other one, which they also could have won.
This Turkey team has a very decent team. The most important matchup will be Turkeys wingers vs Italys backs.
I think the full backs are Italys weak point. Not having Veratti is also good for Turkey. I think this Turkey in general is underrated since noone cares about Turkey but so did noone care about Greece when they won it all with absolute garbage, shit players.
Of course Italy may win today - although I think they won't and if so just barely - but I'd never touch Italy vs Turkey at -200 or even worse. Italy and Turkey should advance in any case. So if Turkey loses today I personally will pound them vs Switzerland and Wales.
The center backs are the best in the tourney. Doesn't get better than Bonucci and Chiellini as a duo. Their full backs however are quite average. But there are few world-class full backs in general in today's football/soccer.

I think over the course of the entire tournament, Lukaku should be the main star for Belgium here. I don't see anyone taking more shots than him on Belgium. These are pretty good odds. Game to game it's tough to pick who's gonna score but when you have a larger sample size, you go with the best striker on the team. I think when healthy Hazard is the best and most dynamic player, like he was at the world cup, but he's a little banged up right now and will have to work himself into shape during the tournament.
