Belgium is the "best team in the world". Not sure I agree with that but their midfield might be which can control games. I am not sure if Turkey is under the radar anymore but they have been playing real well lately minus that 2 goal lead they blew last game. When I looked at the odds...the traditional team that's ALWAYS there is Italy (10/1). But same thing, I MUCH preferred Buffon (who would organize his defense) vs this young over-sized goalie.
If I had to take a flyer on longer odds, why not Denmark 50/1? Good goalie, Eriksen can be a difference-maker. And the Danes often seem to punch above their weight.

The one thing I'll say is that the former-Yugoslavia nations have an unusual concentration of talent in Soccer and Tennis:
*Montenegro (pop = 800k) drew England 3x.
*Croatia (pop = 3.5M) made the WCup final.

I looked at the odds. If I had to take a team to win it I would choose France. They might have a better team than when they won the World Cup with. As for Denmark it's certainly a possibility they beat England but lost twice to Belgium. At 100/1 turkey just looks really tasty. I'm a degenerate so I just locked in man city to win ucl and turkey to win euro at 327/1. I really like the first leg especially with lewandowski getting hurt for a few weeks.
