Mexico and US both will not win today. Guatemala +653, El Salvador +770

Atmosphere is too hostile in these stadiums for both these teams to win today.

El Salvador is a young athletic team, beat Mexico last time they played there. If you've never seen how crazy that stadium gets check it out tonight. Madhouse!

Same for Guatemala. Fans and players get extra pumped for these games. Look for one of these teams to pull the upset.

    Guatemala ml 1x +653
    El salvador ml 1x +770

    Gua +1 +107 2x
    ES +1 +150 2x

Unfukkin real goal right there. Tim Howard has made a few good saves in this game, but that was downright garbage.

So many dumb giveaways. We need better midfielders. I'm not sure if giving Beckermen more playing time is the answer or what, but I just don't like the midfield play.
Also, Donovan can't play this much.

would it profitable to just fade us team? so far they haven't covered one game. and i think mexico is over-rated also.

Guys don't understand how hard it is to play in central america. Unlike any hostile environment in the US. A tie is a good result for the US here.

Win at home, tie on road gets u to the world cup!

Good article in terms of handicapping these type of games:
    http://aol.sportingnews.com/soccer/s...-tv-television

1,500 El Savodorians got rowdy outside of Mexico's hotel before that game. This type of stuff has to be taken into consideration!

The US picks their players starting at the club level by how they look on paper....like the NFL combine. How big and fast are they and what upside they have. Then we just wait for the skills in the us to catch up. Most of the guys playing now played high school soccer half the year where the strategy is often to kick it over the midfield and get it to big forwards. That's why we can't control the ball. The good boys club teams recently went to a full year schedule where the players aren't allowed to play in high school. We should really see a difference from the changes but its going to be anotehr 8 to 10 years.

    Awesome quotes on that article.

“On paper, it looks so easy,” U.S. goalkeeper Tim Howard said.

“These teams make it hard for you, not just on the field, but off. It’s a hostile environment. All the tricks in the book are pulled out,” said U.S. forward Herculez Gomez,

Game day in many Latin American cities is a gauntlet, beginning with the logistical hassle of transporting the U.S. contingent to a stadium that’s probably been packed for several hours before the team arrives. Roads have to be closed. A significant police presence, augmented by a security detail provided by the U.S. Department of State, ushers the Americans to the match. If fans choose to throw rocks from a distance, there’s not much that can be done
    .

“It’s a little different. Batteries being thrown and hard objects being thrown, bags of urine, whatever that is, that’s all part of our experience going to Central American countries,” Twellman said. “How the United States of America is viewed around the word, you don’t realize it until you go somewhere else and you’re wearing the USA colors and playing against that home country. They always view us differently. Then throw the ‘whipped cream’ on top of that, and you’re like ‘Whoa!’.”
