Why is the price so high right now oon United? I mean Everton is no uge club, plus United just has to has to has to win this game, it is a question of life and death to them and United is one of few teams in the world that knows what a question of life or death means, if they have to win they do it. I am expecting United to run through Everton and an open game from the very beggining, United will not wait for the second half to start before they start scoring, they will want to get it over with.

I think the high price is partly due to the fact that United doesn't really have a good record at Everton. I don't like to play odd less than 2 for such a potentially close games. All the games united played against Everton were close games and I expect this to continue. Also like to see Rooney and Hernandez up front which is going to produce goals for the team. The only way to play against Everton is to go attack which is what United will do this weekend! I am also expecting Park to start for the game. The defence will definitely improve this weekend.

United's defence has never been so poor really It is just that City are enormous up front right now. It looked in the beggining of the season like United were invisible, expecting that trend to continue they have great players and depth of the squad. Young, Hernandes, Nani, Roony I think that United will be furious after last weeks loss and will win this one probably even cover the -1 handicap, I dont think they have wanted a BIG win more this season and even maybe this year. Everton has not performed well against the big teams this year they lost to liverpool, city and chelsea.

For me this game is streight up over and United to cover the handicap, but hey again who am I .

    West Bromwich – Liverpool

    West Bromwich – Liverpool -

Liverpool has a good record against West Bromwice – 90% of the games ended in Liverpool's victory while the other 10% where won by West Bromwice's (no draw in any of the games.)
Stamina: Liverpool's last 2 games ended in a draw while West Bromwice presents 2 victories and is coming to the game well prepared.

i dont understand what history between the 2 teams has anything to do with the upcoming match.
just because this happended in the past or that happened in the past does not mean it will happen again.
there are so many variables like different players, team form, coaching etc etc..

its like when people say dont bet on team A because they havent beaten team B in 20 years.
even though they now have better players and are on great form.
seriously what does history have to do with the price of fish?

I agree. It is very easy to find stats that favours your bet as well. How do you know when the cut off point is? I can have stats based on the past 100 meetings or the past 10 meetings. Players do not go into a match and look at the negative stats and say we are going to lose. Recent stats does play a role, but it is not the only determining factor. I always use it as a good starting point or just a supporting evidence to confirm my picks.

Yes, I'm definitely on them, but only for the money line, though they certainly could easily win by 2 or more.

I will be on them live if I get the chance, as the juice is too low right now, hopefully QPR score first like they use to in some games, score early goals , but I'm not hoping too much for that scenario, as the Spurs will want to get it badly and not loose any points to newly promoted teams, the question is how manny goals will they will be able to score vs a tough looking QPR who has not faced any good teams yet really except for Chelsea but that is another story with the 2 red cards .....

Might be a bit bias, but I am riding on the Newcastle wave until they lose. They really surprised me this season and there is no reason to go against them.

not my thread, but hard to pick against stoke at the brittania. Spoken to a few newcastle fans and they think their unbeaten run comes to an end. Anything can happen though its football, either result wouldnt be a suprise to me!

Charlton has to score at least 3 here.
West Brom has questionable players, i think. Do you trust Arsenal to score 3 ? I don't. Good Luck anyway
