Is there a reason (DOJ etc) why this isn't an option? Would help a bunch of us offshore folks out and possibly others. I don't think the new DOJ is gonna be as obsessed with offshore activities, except for repatriation

I like the idea too but think a stumbling block is not wanting to be seen to be involved in the funding chain for Americans. I know you just mean non-US residents but can you imagine the backroom deals that would go on between posters if this was an option. I think SBR might still appear to be facilitating.
