    Dime lines in MLB, run some contests every now and then, payout fast and solid bonuses (I'm up with them so can't get bonuses). The only negative I would give to them is they stopped giving betpoints for moneyline wagers on the popular America sports but other than that, they're a solid out.

    i did not like their new software or how their bonuses work plus i remember people saying it was tough getting paid. i liked them when they were with bookmaker.

    I never had a problem getting paid there. However the last time I played there (3 years ago) I deposited $500 and received a $500 freeplay. After I had lost the $500 they removed the freeplay saying I wasn't eligible because I was plus money lifetime. Needless to say I never played there again. I was betting over $300,000 a year there and they cost themselves that action for a measly $500 freeplay. (Thanks to them for the Xmas basket they sent this year though). LOL

    Agree 100%. They are now a crap book living off the reputation of the Bookmaker brand, which they left. Shady as hell, and people should avoid IMO.

    I know a lot of people have had issues with them, but I have not. Every BTC payout I've ever requested came within 48 hrs. I like the options they have and even though I'm no longer eligible for bonuses I still use them.

    I also enjoyed this book, and if they hadn't screwed me around with that bonus I would still be playing there. They still send me bonus offers, but I don't trust they would honor them.

    I'll still dabble there because sometimes I find a good line, but they did scam me out of the 20% Balance Boost bonus that they were running during COVID-19 sports time out to keep customer balances with them (just like the Heritage and BOL promos of the same name). I contacted them through chat and asked them to opt me in to the promotion, and they said I was all set. Months later, when sports are back on, I got no bonus. When I contacted them, they said that I was not eligible for the bonus because I'm not recreational.

    WHAT??? The time to tell me that was when I originally signed up for the program. NOT after you've let me keep my money with you for months and fulfill all of your requirements. Scumbag move.

    That is beyond a scumbag move. How can anyone prove a person is or is not a recreational player. The fact they did that makes me 100% sure to not play there.

    Yea i don't blame you. To me when they pull that crap it reminds me the same as card counting. Something that they cannot ever prove but use as an excuse to screw people over because they do not want to pay them. I bet they did this to a lot more then you though . I bet they did not want to pay that 20% to a lot of players and used that same excuse to screw them too.

    I love how one person has a bad experience with a book and they're suddenly "the most sleazy, worst book in the world." 99.9% of the time it's someone not reading bonus terms or using the casino/getting a casino bonus that they forgot about. DSI is not a Heritage but it's also not a DimeCrypto or Easystreetsports. Let's be honest about what we're labeling as "sleazy."
